2 bananas
1 dl oatmeal (mine has extra fibers)
(optional 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes)
1 teaspoon baking powder, in last ontop of the dry oatmeal
mix well, let rest 5 min
butter in a big pan and fry up
i measure up with a serving spoon, so it makes for 4 thick pancakes each
i serve with nutinella, less sugar version of nutella
