Photos vanishing? Why?

Any mods about? Why do some of my pics vanish/get removed? Eg posted a pic of my lady in the Glamour section...wasnt naked, suggestive or pornographic and yet its gone??!! Yet on the opening page this morning there was a tottaly naked pic! So how does this work then? Cheers in advance
